Noah Gindi
A Wharton graduate and seasoned executive bringing robust financial expertise, strategic decision-making, and organizational leadership to the community. As a lifelong resident, he is dedicated to preparing every student for future success through fiscal responsibility and academic excellence.
Elsa Pereira
A dynamic New Jersey entrepreneur with over 25 years of leadership in property management and logistics, known for building trust-based client relationships. She leverages her extensive business acumen and deep community roots to foster local growth and success.
Raymond Garland
A retired public safety professional and community leader dedicated to driving fiscal responsibility and transparency within local education. With 25 years of dedicated public service, he remains fiercely committed to always putting students first.
We are proud to introduce ourselves as a team of four candidates for the Long Branch Board of Education.
We come from different professional and personal backgrounds, but we share a common commitment to Long Branch and a belief that our community deserves excellent schools built on accountability, efficiency and excellence.
Between us, we bring decades of experience in education, finance, business, management, public safety and community service. Most importantly, we share the same goal: putting our children first, supporting our teachers, respecting our taxpayers and helping our schools succeed.

Accountability
Accountability starts at the top. Leadership must be accountable for the decisions it makes, the money it spends and, most importantly, the results it delivers. Our community deserves transparency, responsible leadership and a school system striving to do better.
Efficiency
Every tax dollar entrusted to our schools should be treated as if it were our own. As our district and enrollment change, our spending must adapt. We believe in eliminating waste and duplication, operating smarter and directing resources where they can have the greatest impact on students.
Excellence
Excellence means everyone—from the Board and administration to our teachers and staff—united around one purpose: giving every child the best possible opportunity to learn, grow and succeed.
We do not believe fiscal responsibility and educational excellence are competing goals. A great school system should deliver both.
